What makes Stewardship Renovations different?
We put together extremely detailed scopes of work to make sure everything is accounted for up front and you can select what to do and what not too. We then oversee the entire project for you. And at the end, do thorough quality checks to make sure nothing is missed. We've been doing this for 15 years and have developed quite an effective system.
Does it cost anything to get a scope of work?
Our scopes of work are extremely detailed and usually take between six and 12 hours to put together. So we do charge $100 for apartment units and $200 for houses. However, if you choose to go with us, that fee is waived.
What kinds of jobs do you do?
We can do just about anything. Be it a make ready or a large rehab, a roof replacement or carpet installation. We cover just about everything. We have a crew of high-quality employees and a stable of contractors and subcontractors with which to call on.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We have both liability insurance and workman's comp.
How long will it take to get a scope of work? How long until a project can start?
Of course, this depends on a wide variety of factors. But we aim to get a scope of work within a week and the project started within two.
Is payment due up front?
We require __________________________
